Returns & Exchanges

At OMGCHEERS, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories and documentation are included, and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our distribution center, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to verify their condition, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
